 The National Average of listings taken that are actually sold is 65%- I’ve sold over 82% of the homes I’ve listed. I attribute my sales rate to my extensive Internet marketing and aggressive pricing strategies, as well as more traditional marketing techniques that maximize a property's exposure to potential buyers. In a 2006 study by the National Association of Realtors, more than 80% of buyers use the Internet to search for homes. To take full advantage of this, I post my listings to a number of National MLS's as well as our local Northwest Multiple Listing Service, public classified sites, and relocation services. As a Certified Negotiations Expert, I am highly trianed in getting the most for you in your real estate transaction- Whether it's getting more from your sale or getting the best price for your purchase, I can help you reach those goals.

 I am also a trained Home Retention Consultant. I have experence and training working with lenders and loan servicing companies to help homeowners avoid foreclosure. Foreclosure is expensive for the lender, and in most cases they would rather work something out than foreclose. 

 I've been at Keller Williams Realty since 2004 and a member of the National Association of Realtors for my entire career. I've been elected to the Keller Williams Everett office's 2008 Agent Leadership Council- A governing body of agents that direct the operation of the office and consists of the top 20% producing agents in that office. I also act as the second Office Liaison to the Northwest Regional Agent Leadership Council.

 I was born in Washington in 1975 and have been fortunate enough to live here my entire life. My wife and I married in 2001, and have two wonderful daughters.
